Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and named by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that arrive separately, it expires 14 days after you take possession of the last one.
To use your right of withdrawal, tell us (Frostwick, Slovenia, email coming when the shop opens) of your decision with a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not the extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are told of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you won't pay any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
Please send the goods back to Frostwick, Slovenia without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days are over.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling them more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exception
The right of withdrawal doesn't apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.

Faulty items
Withdrawal is separate from your rights for faulty or wrong items, which last at least two years. See section 8 of our terms and conditions.
