Who is responsible

The controller for your personal data is Frostwick, Slovenia. Email coming when the shop opens.

When you browse

This shop sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Fonts, images and code all come from this website, so browsing doesn't send your data to anyone else.

Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested, in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. This is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your cart

Your cart is saved only in your own browser (local storage), so it is still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us. Emptying the cart or clearing your browser's site data removes it. This storage is strictly necessary for the cart to work.

When you order

We use your name, delivery address, email, the items you order and your payment status to process and deliver your order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, and we pass your name and address to the delivery company. We keep invoices and order records for as long as Slovenian tax and accounting law requires (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

When you email us

We use your message and email address to answer you, and keep them as long as we need to deal with your request.

Who receives your data

Only the service providers we need to run the shop: hosting, payment, delivery and accounting. They may only use your data for us. If data is processed outside the EU, it is protected by the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, and to correct, delete or restrict it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email email coming when the shop opens. You can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or to the data protection authority in your country.
