Terms and conditions
Last updated 5 November 2026
1. Who we are
Frostwick Goods is run by Frostwick, Slovenia. Email coming when the shop opens.
2. Scope
These terms apply to orders that consumers place in this online shop. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the EU or of the country you live in.
3. Products and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Each product also has a multi-buy price, shown when you add it to your cart: for example 2 for less than buying 2 separately. The cart applies it automatically to every full set of that product. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. The product images are illustrations; the description and the product safety information on each product page describe the item you receive.
4. Your order
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. If we can't accept an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we tell you and refund any payment straight away. We send you the order details and these terms by email.
5. Payment
You pay through the payment provider shown at checkout. We don't see or store your card details.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the European Union, dispatched from Slovenia. The expected delivery time is shown at checkout. Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of the contract. The goods are your responsibility from the moment you or someone you name receives them.
7. Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. How it works, and the model withdrawal form, are on our returns page.
8. Faulty or wrong items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery: we repair or replace it or, if that isn't possible, reduce the price or refund you. Email us with your order number and a short description, and a photo if you can.
9. Complaints
Send complaints to email coming when the shop opens. We confirm that we've received it and reply as soon as we can.
10. Law and courts
Slovenian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
11. Language
The contract is concluded in English.
